Adlerian Consulting’s founder, Keith Abbott, has several decades of experience in organisation design, human resource management, organisational change, and capability development. He has worked in multiple sectors across around the world including pharmaceutical, healthcare, aviation, construction, resources, and oil & gas, within such companies as Shell, Leighton & the Qantas Group.
His work is underpinned by experience gained from a career spanning Organisational Development, Management Consulting, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Project Management Offices. In addition to his consulting experience, Keith has held several senior HR executive roles in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and industrial services business. Whilst in an executive HR role at CSL, Keith led the Organisational and HR M&A global integration of the Novartis influenza division’s staff into CSL’s Seqirus entity. He completed an Honours in Psychology at Monash University and a Masters in Organisational Psychology at University of Melbourne.

Colin Beames is a business focused organisational psychologist, author and thought leader in human capital and strategic workforce planning (SWP) with a deep and expansive knowledge of these subjects. He is the Managing Director of Advanced Workforce Strategies, a boutique firm that provides consultancy services in the areas of SWP, role analysis including critical role identification, workforce segmentation, measurement and reporting of human capital, and organisational/business improvement service reviews.
Colin has delivered SWP workshops internationally (UK, South Africa, New Zealand, India, Malaysia) and throughout Australia, and he has consulted to international clients (Thomson Reuters, Methanex, Telekom Malaysis, Celcom Malaysis), as well as to some significant Australian based client (IAG, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, 13 Cabs).

This included an assessment of the current organisational structure, operational functions, levels of staffing, data administration and workforce resourcing teams with the view towards re-aligning and re-focusing its operations with a goal to drive a more customer-led, integrated quality service experience to meet the needs and goals of its clients. Part of this review also included a detailed analysis of the impact of the recent Royal Commission findings into Aged Care, with respect to future service provision, structures and roles.
His other service and business improvement review experience includes a number of Local Government Agencies in metroploitan Melbourne including: Banyule, Cardinia, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Moreland and Wyndham Councils. Other consulting engagements include clients such as BHP/Mitsubishi, Worely Parsons, Readymix, Roche Mining, PNG Banking Corproration.

Gavin’s professional career commenced within the field of clinical psychology and moved into the organisational psychology sphere, where he assists Directors, Senior Executives and company owners with strategic HR issues. Such coaching and development work focuses on the alignment of management and staff development issues with core business objectives. Coaching and developing staff has been a core part of his professional and business life for 25 years. She is a coach, facilitator, mediator and investigator, specialising in organisational reviews.

Justin is Director and Founder of Pinnacle Group Australia. Prior to establishing Pinnacle Group Australia 15 years ago, Justin worked as a strategy and organisation/people consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and Nous Group.
